I was hired in December of 2021 and since the beginning of this month i have not been scheduled. I have requested to be put on the schedule and told there was not enough work and i would be put on at endnof month. I am still not scheduled and there are hiring signs everywhere, is this discrimination
What makes you most happy at work?
Working makes me the most happy be put on the schedule being appreciated being with my team
What did you like most about the interview process?
I love my interview the manager that was there before she was a positive she was a great manager
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Right now with not getting any hours and not knowing why I'm am getting any hours and feeling like I'm being discriminated against I would not say anything because I feel as though I've been left behind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Again I feel undervalued because I'm not being put on the schedule for a whole month and not being explained to why and new hiring signs up, I don't understand why am not being put on the schedule.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When I worked I loved my team they were great team players, since new management has taken over I have not been able to get to work with my team and I miss working there because I loved working there
