Not being prejudice, treat people with respect, understand what associates are trying to explain instead of making assumptions and judgements based personal bias

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Tell me what im going to pay and don't send out false information.on indeed saying your starting pay is 18 but then get a paper that says 15
