My managers have answers when i have questions and they defend their cashiers when customers are out of line

I dont get a compensation package. I have a job that pays pretty well and having a job in this time in our history is important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our customers always tell us they love our store because our shelves are always stocked and our store is always so organized and clean. Thats because of our store manager she works as hard as we do to maintain such a high standard We all strive for that in my store.
