Love the job, hate the way they do their employees. It doesnt matter how long you are with the company, some employees been there over 13 years and dont even make $10 an hour. They dont give enough hours to a store to cover the shifts and wont allow anyone to get over 40 hours, they cheap.

We keep eachother encouraged and we set goals every day

Getting frieght to the sales floor and making the store look good, making a huge difference in the stock room

My manager was laid back and i was able to talk to her comfortably and not be nervous and uptight
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very caring and tries to help everyone, cares about you as a person, teaches, makes it easy to talk about things, good work environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They dont give us any kind of incentive, they dont offer to help or give more hours in order to be able to run a store, they expect so much out of us yet they dont help, dont pay, dont allow us enough hours to get coverage to get stuff done and they always worried about what we can do to get them $
