My team works good together when the manager isn't flipping out
What did you like most about the interview process?
Not much to it, they were badly in meed of an employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Id like to be paid more per hour-ive been with store for 5yrs-and dont dvrn makr enough money to pay my bills monthly. I had to file for wellfare.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No problem with coworkers-my manager is gona ruin the entire store-always late, hired a fsmily member that can do no wrong. She cuts our hours if she goes over for payroll-adds unpaid meals to our timesheets when we never have time for a meal let alone a break at all!
