I don't feel as if my fellow associates and I are being paid fairly for the amount of work that is expected. There are many places(like McDonald's) that will pay someone with absolutely no experience $4+ an hour more to start.

I was hired over a " phone interview"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued and what would change that is if my associates and I were paid a little more competitively.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all so young and many of them haven't been employed before, so I truly do try to set them up for success and build them up. I want them to know the feeling of a win.
