Despite the negative attitude that some people have we always try to maintain a positive one

Being able to have fun and still get stuff done. Also having time to go home to my family.

We come together at the end of the day and we can figure out any of the problems we have.

They don't try to explain everything right away and that the boss I have is understanding she doesn't just sit around.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't even focus on that. I go to work and go home. My pay rate is just fine where it is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like is the fact that no matter the issues that we have at the end of the day what is most important is that we can all get what we need done.
