Just started, not bad but not great. I have to take ibuprofen just to make it through the day at the register. The register also has a mind of its own.

They are mostly nice, but i have just started

They only hire part time employees so they dont have to offer benefits
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone tends to keep to themselves but are friendly when i have a question
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The store is outright filthy. Floors desperately need a mop and more people need to be putting items back in their place
What makes you most happy at work?
Being allowed a 10 minute break for bathroom use and to sit down. Alsp when my shift is over and i can go home
