I currently make 9.25 an hour in a town where fast food workers get 14.00, i have had 7 managers in 2 years! The only reason i stayed was a monday-friday shift so i can work when kids in school.

My coworkers try hard and are peaceful people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the cashiers and freight crew .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The costumers, locals(its a small town). Everyone shares ideas about the plans.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I cant even pay rent with this 9.25 an hour. I always show up and do my work the bast i can.
