What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being compassionate and deciding one thing at a time and stop constantly changing schedules, daily duties and what is expected of them as an associate. It's ridiculous.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Sandy lying about how the work place environment would be positive and that the schedule would be set and not changed daily but that was the entire opposite of the truth
