Not that much now that I think back on it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop playing favorites we need equal treatment for all staff. The rules should apply to all not just a few.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at my store works really hard with very Little thanks or good job or anything positive from the DM.
