They are a bunch of tight wads, and getting a pay increase is the worst. Been with the company for 11 years and was doing good until minimum wage started to go up. I worked my hutt off to get a $10 gap between my pay and minimum wage, and now i inly have a $6 gap. everyone else pay goes up mine dont
