What is the best part about your compensation package?

I did it myself with no help of the staff.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treating their employees with respect and not discriminate and humiliate.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

None. Customers are rude and nasty. Been threatened and told assistant manager with no response.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

To be more diversified. I was a minority among staff and workers. It was very discriminating and demeaning.
