Making customers hapy.Treating them special in the few minutes we interact. Plus a paycheck!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seem to work with all employees when issues arise with scheduling.Also seems to know the physical limitations of some.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel unvalued.Do not have stocks or benefits.Part timer here. Would like to make $10 an hour.Cashier
