I am not being paid. Being paid would solve that.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Have phone numbers to direct people. To many phone tag games.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Care about who you are hiring. Make choices of employees with a track record of coming to work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I have not been paid. I have tried all numbers and emails made available to me either from DT itself on online searches for phone numbers.
