That my boss is great and works with my schedule even though she doesn't have to. She helps me when I need it and offers feedback and I like that
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To get rid of the full time assistant manager who causes turmoil and is not reliable and is costing the company money and time. Can't show up for her scheduled shifts and has walked out on her shift to leave me by myself but apparently that's ok. And still has a job?
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My store manager works with everyone and their schedules and helps you no matter what as long as you ask her for it. She does everything she can to work with you and make sure you get enough hours. She makes it a safe and enjoyable work environment. She does her job very well and is the best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued while the other assistant manager can't show up on time or do her job properly or take weeks off due to being "sick" I am there and reliable and am not getting paid what I should which should be for a full time position if she can't do her job or show up. When I'm there I work
