Its a good part time gig espeicially as a parent who needs extra income. My managers all help so i have no complains. Its the customers that are the negative part to the job.

Kindness, resepct, and teamwork. We all share it amongst each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone helps each other out. There is a real sense of teamwork for the closing shift which is my shift.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that as someone with many years of experience we shouldnt start off as minimum wage. I also wish raises were every 6 months.
