I love my job. I haven't been happy with what's going on at my store but I'm just a Merch Manager my opinion or feelings don't matter. And I don't want to lose my job for saying anything.. there is a few things that if some knew it might change and I could be happy again.

My District Manager was the one that did my interview and we both already knew what and where we wanted things to be.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen to your employees give them a voice to be heard. And not be worried to do so. I'm 52 years old and I work really hard at what I try to do for my store, even though I used training from when I worked for Dollar General cause I got no direct training here then written up for things I was shown.
