Felt undervalued due to a constant lack of shifts, them getting removed instead of changing or adjusting.

They at least try to help, but it's not enough at times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are nice and caring, I feel like I have friends that I can communicate with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If the managers can simply listen to what I ask and say that I have issues with overall instead of removing things I need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's because of the lack of shifts that I often have trouble paying certain bills and whatnot. I needed shifts to keep me afloat but I feel like they don't listen.
