Cashiering, stocking, and dealing with customers and manager that seem to always be in a bad mood.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually visiting the stores and seeing how things work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There needs to be better pay. The company should give current employees a chance to work up the ladder instead of keeping them stuck in one position.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The entire atmosphere. The whole look of the place is depressing and drab. The manager can be rude and insulting if things aren't going his way to employees and customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The rate of pay is so low! We are the lowest paid retail employees in the area ($8/hr). I only received a 15 cent raise after working there for a year. They are a company worth 5 billion dollars. They can pay their employees more....at least a dollar more.
