The hours aren't terribly long so everyone comes to work refreshed and ready to do the job.

The right people were hired to management. great leadership skills, know how to effectively do their job and keep the store running well.
What makes you most happy at work?
My fellow managers I work with, the challenge of meeting transition deadlines, pushing sales, continuing the stores reputation of being number two in the district.
