Better communication. Other than that, they're quite swell.

Don't hire people on the spot and then get upset that we're inexperienced.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers should train first time employees with patience. Instead, he just got mad at me for every little mistake I make. I ask him for more training but instead gives me attitude.
