What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love meeting ppl from different backgrounds and cultures at the store. Plus having the crew that we have its never a dull moment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the crew and hearing the great compliments about our store. I wish that Dollar Tree would give us more because we truly deserve it
What did you like most about the interview process?
How the manager gave me a tour of the store and explained all of the work that I would have to do if I got hired
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The manager slacks now and then its the second assistant that rocks! She works with everybody and we all work as a team when hes not around
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see this company offer full time hours and benefits to workers like myself that really love working here. Getting paid every two weeks and only working 15 to 20 hrs just doesnt cut it anymore
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along so well and we work together and the customers see that by the way we act towards each other and how the store looks. We always get compliments on how are store is always clean and organized.
