It's an easy job and the manager and customers are really nice.
What did you like most about the interview process?
She hired me right on the spot for the season.

All of the customers there are really nice to the associates and vice versa.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give you time to get trained properly before they leave you to do it on your own.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The quality of pay can definitely be increased. That's the only real big issue I can think of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only work part time there, anywhere from 15-20 hours and I only get paid $8/hr. It's not enough for bills at all! It should be at least $10 if they're only going to work you part time.
