What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The whole store needs to be aware of what's going on and who they hire to run there store. It's a complete joke and y he ones who really wanted and deserved to be there got treated unfairly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the dollar tree I worked at there was always some kind of drama, store managment talking to others about certain managers/associates. When you worked really hard it always went unnoticed or unappreciated. The store made the night managet do everything alone
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to better train there employees before they throw them out to do it on there own. They need to start being aware of what's going on within their store. Also need cameras in certain areas of the store. They honestly need to watch the people they hire and learn more about the person before
