In my district my DM and SM keep my store motivated. We keep our store extremely organized for maximum productivity.

My store is high volume so were always busy. Our store is very well stocked. There is a lot of variety of items that we offer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us communicate effectively. Others need to be weeded out but when you say someyhing, heads are turned d the other way because of favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm an assistant manager making cashier wages compared to other companies. Im not given the correct PTOF hours at the end of the Fiscal year. We don't get chances for over time. Seniority isn't an option. Newer employees are paid more the same as senior employees. Not fair.
