Personal relationships are good and people are not criminally inclined

They have a respectful and logical approach to performance evaluation and management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I need a living wage and cannot survive on one job with low wages
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the regulars who respect our forward momentum as the store adds new products/reorganizes, etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was casual; i did not have to dress in business clothes, just what i would normally wear to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We enjoy the friendly and noncompetitive environment, and compliments from long-term customers who see positive change in the store presentation and organization. There is enough freedom to encourage solutions and brainstorming, and direction that respects the efforts of all.
