My customers are the best. Especially returning customers who appreciate the work i do

More emphasis on work, less drama, get off cell phones and work as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid minimum wage, $7.25@hour and work as cashier, stocker of freight, and i keep store clean, handle customers. We need higher wages for starters
