We makes jokes all the time to make each other laugh and keep the customers happy

We all get along and know that when we clock in it's time to work and work hard.

Stocking. It's like a puzzle to me Trying to make everything for just right and fill the shelves
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very friendly and understanding. I love my bosses we all get along very well and work well together. We work hard but have fun at the same time. We dont judge anyone but take our job seriously.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We break our backs picking up after customers and keeping the shelves stocked. We aren't given enough hours to keep the store full. So the little hours we do get we work extremely hard and deserve at least $10.00 per hour.
