What does the leadership team need to get better at?

People skills, learning about labor laws, and safe food practices.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My co-workers are uneducated in retail and Labor Laws. They need education.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Some of the people are very nice. We try to put on a smile for the customers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The manager was nice, but asked a lot of illegal questions, not from a malicious stance. Just from ignorance of the law.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It can't be improved. Most of the management takes advantage of younger people not knowing their rights. It's a very corrupt and unprofessional place to work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am pressured to work off the clock to finish all of my tasks. I never hear anything positive from my boss, and I get in trouble if I write off expired food.
