The part I enjoy most about the interview process is how well they pretended that the company was put together and running efficiently.

The most positive and enjoyable part of my work experience in my company is my coworkers and in no way is it upper management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe what is going wrong is that the management needs to be better prepared to handle their jobs. The turnover rate is so outstanding that nobody ever benefits from new employees. The customers notice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a Dollar Tree employee I feel undervalued because there has never been enough staff and the few that they have worked their butts off for minimum wage and there is no compensation at all.

The best things about my coworkers are that they act like normal every day people. They don’t look down on one another or act like they are better than the other. We are equals and we
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
For the management to be better they need to work on their communication skills and making sure they verify that information is correct before it is given to their employees. They also need to better coordinate their employee schedules for the shifts needed.
