Our leadership team is great and helps out the direction for each employee
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Dreamwork is TeamWork the communication is great, we all have worked from the bottom up and learned each ones job, that makes a difference in cross traing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I know that for all the one on one we deal with, there has to be more of an incentive to work in retail.
