Cashiers need to respect managers and do the work they are asked. There are no consequences for their poor work ethic and disrespect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a manager and cashiers make almost the same as me. Other employees who don't do anything at work get same small yearly raise as I get even though I do 4 times the amount of work
