When the head manager is there .. Everyone does their job and acts human

I respect my boss - it has to be really hard for her to put up with all the childish actions of her employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciate your employees ... I stock and not only do I have to clean my area before I start, doing manual labor... you don't even give a 15 minute break or lunch to the employees that unload the truck. Maybe just maybe if you paid more you would have people that are good workers that want to stay.
