
Never have it were an employee is crying everyday because the store manager is making their life a living hell.
Better HR, believing their employees when they say they are being retaliated against from upper management, and not awarding abusive managers who treat their employees like cockroaches.
Management was just straight up abusive towards its employees. Scheduling was inconsistent, and was always being changed last minute. The store manager would constantly berate you, and be verbally abusive. You would be written up for no rhyme, or reason.
Do background checks. We had 4 abusive managers, 2 that stole from the store, and 2 that sexualy harrased female employees. In the span of three years. Let alone the amount of managers that just sat on their butts, and ate fast food in the office while other people did their jobs.
If I was treated like a human being would be a good start. The pay would be a another thing to improve upon. Minimum wage is a joke considering what's expected of their workers. Especially when new employees would be making twice as much as people who had been there three years.
