I go above and beyond in some duties that improve the store although those things are very rarely noticed. Only what isn't done or not perfect is focused on.

The positive responses from my customers going above and beyond to help them. I can see their genuine appreciation and it makes me feel good
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are many hardworking, and pleasant team members who help get the work done as well as contribute to a pleasant environment for both the customers and co workers a like. I appreciate them very much
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers for the most part and most of my coworkers make work a positive environment. Although the negativity from the store manager often quashes that feeling. This ive heard from customers and co workers alike
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Holding everyone to the same standards. Unbelievable how many times I witnessed others doing the same things I had been written up for right in front of the manager without him saying a word. Store manager should be setting an equal and fair example of how things should be done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have immense responsibilities that seem to increase often without any compensation. More duties, more paperwork, more responsibility yet barely making over minimum wage as an asm. Even worse a boss that would never give me just credit for my work in charge of my report which directly effects wage
