Helping customers and getting them in and out as quickly as possible because who wants to be waiting for too long

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

To notice how hard I as the employee work and they make me feel unappreciated. I go in on my days off and never say no when they need me for extra hours or extra shifts. I do all that is asked and as well as do things to make the place better without being asked.
