Communication and stop time editing and favoritism and manager needs to be a manager

Only 3 of us is a team the rest can't speak for they are definitely not an asset to the company

My customers put a smile on my face and thats what makes me get up everyday and enjoy what I do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a merchandise manager i pretty much run the whole store and thats fact we have employees stealing and nothing being done when you say you refuse to work with thief on your clock not acceptable
