What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need more people at the store, we also need managers that will listen when a new associate calls over the intercom for help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Specific tasks. They will tell an associate to do something (say put boxes next to the full u-boats) then call you out for doing something wrong after you’ve been doing it for 5 minutes. Actually helping when I call them up to the register to help
