What did you like most about the interview process?

At Dollartree the employees comes first. Because without us. Nothing can get done in the store

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I will say NEGATIVE because the hours are being cut. How are we suppose to take care of our families.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

All of the District managers & Regional managers need to get it together as far as this company. Before they lose a lot of employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We work really hard for this company. Especially through this entire COVID-19 pandemic. And we get treated like trash. So unfair to the dedicated employees.I will be letting channel 2,4,7& 62 about how horrible Dollartree is to its employees.
