I feel like i am the face of what dollar tree expects from their employees when it comes to customer s service and I thoroughly enjoy my customers. Other than that the only reason I'm still there is because i haven't found another job yet

Attitudes are poor and lack moral

The customers are the only reason i keep going to work every day
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor management. Poor district management and lack of leadership. Clean house and bring in a whole new staff of management both at the store level and above
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel taken advantage of and used and found out that new hires are being paid more than i am and i have been there for 2 years
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to lead by example and stop telling their employees to do things they aren't willing to do and saying they aren't going to do things because "it's not their job. Their job is to manage the store and nothing else,
