I'm not sure it can be improved this company needs an over haul

Nothing I actually quit because of the horrible working conditions and lack of team support
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything the working conditions are deplorable, the work load for the amount of money is Ludacris, there's never enough employees to cover shifts properly management team is over loaded.
