Store manager will pressure everyone into getting all the work done and not lift a finger, comes in to show themselves on cameras and bounces for the day. Will not do their freight and have other ASM do the work. Will belittle and berate you in front of other staff and customers

It was quick and easy but could've gone more into depth about people's capabilities

Everyone should work freight equally and also not leave things behind for the actual responsible employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leader has no regard for their staff or customer base. Will yell at either group of people just because they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not an SM but do all SM work, apart from my own and getting freight out but am berated when I miss one small thing on the SM responsibility list.
