Dollar Tree is a great place to be, except for the amount of overtime (for management who make $0.25-$0.50cents more) and poor treatment of workers from the DM- Exploiting us for our physical labour, Never giving a raise to those who truly deserve it- and never being a team player.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don’t like anything about the leadership team, there is no unions, there is no benefits, there is no raise, no pension, no anything. All you get is a free 5cent bag(WHOOHO
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’ve been working at dollar tree for 3years and have never gotten a raise, my manager never received a raise or benefits for working 80+ hours, and was treated poorly by the DM. The DM made our lives worse by sending a truck every week with the same amount of pieces- 2,200+ and cut our hour
