First you apply for cashier and end up doing 3 jobs in one for little pay cashier stocker and managers dont do their job they put you to do it and they get paid and to plus that DM shows up threating workers about the stock i want to see him doing stock and cashier at the same time theywill work out

Nothing nothinh at all nobody cares

Dms for example they need people that cares about the workers

That they sell you a dream that will turn in to a bad one after a month

To realy keep the team work but they rather walk around and be at the office all day and over work the employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since i been here working never seen or heard about health care if you get hurt they send you to their own doctor so you cant file claims
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get their own job done and if we apply for one position ghats the position we need to be paid for not doing 3 jobs in one for so little pay meanwhile the ceo and DMs dont give a notch about it they work you to death here on this company
