overworked, work 7+ days in a row with maybe one day off, pay is low, very stressful. co-workers are nice but everything else is not good

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
you should actually care about your staff. Dm can take vacation and do what they want meanwhile the stores are going down and everyone is overworked. pay more = get more staff
