This company needs to value their employees better because without employees there is no company. You need employees to sell your merchandise and stock your shelves.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management and assistant managers don't really want to do their job they want the employees to do their job and get paid minimum wage. There is absolutely no teamwork.
