Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
year on year I am being given just 5% hike, despite putting all efforts and also voicing my concerns. There is decline in leads and incoming RFPs which I am to work in my division. This in turn is due to inside sales team working just 1 day a week. E-Learning division isnt getting the focus it needs
