Hiring mature and trained individuals based upon skill sets, not favoritism. Also, try to educate managers about federal and stare employment laws. This goes a long way.

I bent over backward for the company and would come in when asked to fill positions in personal training and on the front desk. Your rapid turnover rate should speak for itself.

Pay fair market value! EQX pays employees like independent contractors and treats them as such. Managers are corrupt.

Cool and fun capable employees, but they normal quite in under 3 months.

My team was motivated and willing to help one another. We all enjoyed what we did along with our clients. Interactions with management would quickly decrease my desire to be a part of Equinox.

most days it is fast paced. It feels kind clique like at equinox, most people don't feel genuine, some guests are rude and some are cool. Overall it feels like some people just don't like your presence
