They come through with promises to make Experian inclusive & diverse, for example in NA we have the 1st female CEO & created a diversity department. In addition, the last few years they have provided a work environment that is not a one size fits all, having such flexibility is invaluable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Retaining employees and not offshoring all positions under Director. There is an atmosphere of letting good employees go to save costs by backfilling positions offshore. Compensation has fallen way behind in this inflationary environment.

promotion to manager since i'm already doing manager work

Compensation for existing employees needs to keep up with inflation. After bad years, employees receive lower salary adjustments, after good years, employees still receive similar salary adjustments with the reasoning that the upcoming year will be challenging. When will adjustments be fair?

They do not understand the demands of my position or my higher abilities I can do more. The cost of living in CA is high, my QA of life suffers. They do not pay me fairly to do my job and all the projects. I need more authority to manage properly. Such as Cost Savings and can do more if paid

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i love that they have embraced remote working. i have been a remote worker for a long time, well before the pandemic and i used to hide that fact. now being remote is fully accepted.

Fair compensation and balance offshoring instead of flat compensation adjustments in good times and bad and not backfilling any positions in the US.
